Haftbefehl end his school career according to some informations, without an graduation.and fled in 2006 because of his upcoming imprisonment through cheating in the Turkish city Istanbul. From there on he moved to Netherlands, were he lived for a short time in Amsterdam and Arnheim. Around this time Haftbefehl wrote his first rap lyrics.
